                    Class Descriptions

We have all of the props that you'll need for your practice, including mats at no extra cost. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We have water available in the studio if you forget yours.

Barre
Barre is a challenging workout inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates designed to strengthen & tone your entire body.

This form of exercise focuses on stabilizer muscles by using light weights or body weight and high count repetitions. Strengthening our stabilizer muscles improves alignment, posture, and flexibility. Class is music driven & upbeat with movement and it is accessible to many.

Expect movements that are steady, controlled, and work to challenge and improve balance.

Barre is an excellent addition for anyone looking to improve their yoga practice, get toned, feel strong, and have fun!

Mindful Flow & Meditation

This class combines Viniyoga and Yoga Nidra to create a practice that helps you move with greater bodily awareness before settling into deep relaxation.

Viniyoga emphasizes function over form, using mindful movements and static postures through accessible variations of traditional yoga poses.

We close this practice with Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," a guided meditation done while resting comfortably. Although you'll remain awake, your body has the opportunity to completely relax, helping to calm the nervous system.

This practice is open to all experience levels.

MyoYin
MyoYin is a combination of Myofascial Release paired with Yin Yoga.

Fascia is a thin, tough, elastic type of connective tissue that wraps most structures within the human body, including muscle, nerves, bones and organs. Fascia supports and protects these structures. Myofascial release is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

With Myofascial release, we use props such as myo balls, blocks, blankets and other supportive tools to apply pressure to muscles to roll out fascial adhesions from habits we may have carried for most of our lives.

Yin Yoga also focuses on the connective tissues of the body, but through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. Yin Yoga addresses tightness in joints and connective tissues through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body.

The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of calm. Combining these two connective tissue practices yields a deeper release and mobility for the mind and body, allowing hard working muscles to release tension and while encouraging the nervous system to chill out.

Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities. This class is designed to be relaxing and restorative though it can feel stimulating during the moments where deep tension is released from our bodily tissues.

Pilates Sculpt
A fusion of classical Pilates and functional strength training that tones, lengthens, and sculpts the body through mindful, controlled movement. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll build lean muscle, improve posture, and strengthen the core while cultivating balance and embodied awareness.

Power Vinyasa
This class is designed to build strength, stamina, and flexibility — inside and out. This dynamic flow combines traditional vinyasa sequencing with creative variations and mindful breathwork. Expect heat, endurance, and focus as you move with purpose from one pose to the next. Classes begin with intention and end with grounding rest. You’ll leave feeling strong. Some prior experience is recommended.

Slow Flow
This class is designed for beginners or anyone craving a slower pace. Expect slow, intentional movement with clear instruction and posture demonstrations. We’ll move through a gentle flow without a single chaturanga, and pause for moments of stillness in Yin and Restorative poses for minutes at a time. This is a great opportunity to relax and loosen up tension that we hold in the body.

Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing, breath-guided practice that connects movement with mindfulness. Each class builds strength, flexibility, and inner calm through creative sequences. Your breath anchors you as you explore poses that challenge the body and center the mind. Accessible to all levels, Vinyasa offers a moving meditation that evolves with you. It is a powerful reset for body and mind.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is where we practice deep stillness.
It is designed to target the body’s connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yin invites you to slow down, sink in, and stay. Awareness of breath is cued throughout. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing your body to soften, release built-up tension, and create space mentally and physically.

It’s the perfect counterbalance to life’s intensity. Yin helps unwind the tightness and stress that get stored deep within, offering a powerful reset not just for your body, but for your nervous system too. This is a practice open to all levels thanks to supportive props and a mindful, accessible approach.
