Follow the below steps to join us in our virtual studio!
- Download the Zoom app on whatever device you'll be using to practice with us.
- Sign into the class at least 30 minutes prior to class (through our app or follow the links below). It is important that you make sure your email is correct in our system, as this is where we will be sending you a link to the Zoom meeting. There are four different pricing options; $0, $8, $15, and an option to USE YOUR PUNCHCARD. Please choose the pricing option that meets your needs.
- Between 15-30 minutes prior to class you will be emailed a link to register for the zoom meeting. After inputting your information (and verifying that you aren't a robot), you'll receive a second link to join the meeting. Once you have this link, you can join any time (even after the start of class). And if you did not get the Zoom link by 15 minutes prior to class, check your spam folder or email [email protected]! We'll be checking the email right up until class begins.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
STRENGTH
VINYASA
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous, challenging and creative flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Creative sequences provide both mental and physical challenges while still staying accessible to all levels.
POWER VINYASA
Find strength, stamina and flexibility in this dynamic vinyasa class. Power Vinyasa blends the traditional sequencing of vinyasa yoga with a variety of fun and challenging poses. Set an intention and get your body and your breath moving in this strength-building flow. Some experience is recommended.
STATIC STRENGTH
This class focuses on long warm-ups, core work, and holding poses for longer periods of time (static holds). Static holds are important for a number of reasons:
1: They build strength. Holding poses for a longer period builds strength and stamina.
2: They allow time for alignment. When you’re holding a pose longer, you have time to feel, adjust or re-adjust.
3: They give space for emotion. Emotions come up. You go beyond your comfort zone. Observe feelings and instead of immediately reacting, practice acceptance.
4: They stabilize the mind and body. Holding a pose challenges the mind and it takes more of an effort to be present. When you’re aware of the extra effort, you can constantly re-commit to your anchor (for example, your breath).

SURRENDER
YIN
Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. A perfect complement to more rigorous styles of exercise (such as vinyasa yoga, running, skiing or biking), Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm. Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra (or Yogic Sleep) is a unique state of consciousness where you experience both alert awareness and deep relaxation. It is a powerful tool for stress relief, anxiety reduction, healing, and transformation that is both a simple and profound practice, open to all.
Class begins by allowing students to come into a comfortable, supported, resting posture (lying down or seated). Then using a combination of physical relaxation techniques, breath practices, sound vibrations, and guided meditation, we create an internal environment that invites us to experience progressive relaxation and release of tension.
Physiologically, Yoga Nidra takes the practitioner into alpha and theta brain wave activity. These brain wave states have been scientifically shown to accelerate learning and healing. When we tap into this level of consciousness, we disengage from our image of self, our fears, worries, and expectations. Here, shifts occur in our limiting habit-patterns (which often drive our behavior and underlie our emotions), and we rewire, rewrite, and release what no longer supports us. Balance is restored to our nervous system, and the mind quiets, becoming receptive to insight and clarity.
After practice, students often feel lighter, rested, relaxed, blissed-out, and at peace. With a consistent practice, you may experience improved memory, increased creativity, decreased anxiety, maintained energy throughout the day, better sleep, and a deeper connection between body, mind, heart, spirit.
