Membership Policies
All Memberships are either a 6 or 12 month commitment. Memberships automatically expire. This means that after your 6 or 12 month commitment, your membership will end and you will need to manually purchase a new contract to continue monthly unlimited yoga.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon written notice of intent to cancel, the balance of half of the remaining contract will be declared due and payable in full immediately. For example, if you have 6 months remaining on your membership contract, the early cancellation fee will be equal to the amount of 3 months of membership dues. If you have 2 months remaining, the fee will be equal to 1 months of membership dues.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS
- Memberships are allowed (1) ONE suspension per contract.
- Suspension requests MUST be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and include the reason for suspension and the requested amount of time of the suspension.
- All membership suspension requests must be submitted AT LEAST 7 days prior to the requested suspension date.
- Please note: NOT ALL requests for suspensions will be approved.
- Please note that suspensions change your autopay and expiration date

EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICY:
- If during the original term of this contract you relocate outside of Fairbanks, you may cancel this agreement by providing a 30-day written notice and proof of relocation in the form of a newly issued driver’s license or utility bill. Your membership will be terminated and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
- Military Member: If at any time during the term of your agreement, you are deployed or assigned to active duty, you may be eligible to cancel if you provide proof of deployment or assignment detailing your absence and the applicable time period. Your membership will be terminated and a no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you die or become permanently disabled, you or your estate may cancel this contract by providing a written request and certifiable proof of death or disability. For permanent disability, your doctor must provide certification of the disability and state that you are unable to use the facilities.
DEFAULT AND LATE PAYMENTS
- Should your credit card decline payment for any reason, you are responsible for updating your credit card information AND paying any account balance within 7 days of the declined payment.
- If you fail to update your credit card and pay your balance within this 7-day window, you will be charged a declined card fee of $10.
