How to Register for Virtual Classes
Follow the below steps to join us in our virtual studio:
(If you do not receive the Zoom link upon registration, email us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help)
Note: If you look ahead and don't see classes on the schedule, please know that weekly classes are uploaded every Thursday night for the upcoming week.
- Download the Zoom app on whatever device you'll be using to practice with us.
- Make sure your email is correct in our system and that you are set to receive notifications BEFORE registering for class (Simple instructions HERE)
- Sign up for class through our app or by scrolling below to see the schedule. You will receive an automated registration confirmation email that includes the Zoom link & password for class immediately after signing up for class. If you do not receive it, check your spam and/or email [email protected] and we'd be happy to help you out.
- Make sure you have props for class! You may want to have 1-2 blocks, a blanket, and strap for Vinyasa classes and the same props, plus a bolster for Yin classes. If you want to make your own props, check out a short video below on tips on how to make your own props from things around your house.

For Vinyasa classes, plan on having the following accessible :

For Nidra classes, plan on setting yourself up in a comfortable, quiet, seated or laying position that will provide you support for an hour long guided meditation. You may also want to use headphones to limit distractions and narrow your focus.
- 1-2 Yoga Blocks
- Blanket (and/or knee padding for sensitive knees)
- Strap or Belt
For Yin classes, plan on having the following accessible:
- Bolster
- 2 Yoga Blocks
- Blanket
- Strap or Belt

Virtual Class Pricing
Cost of a VIRTUAL Drop in is $8. If you would like to use your STUDIO punch card, please email Jacie 24 hours prior to class.
